CHRISTIAN & AMY CHAPMAN
Pastor Christian is a passionate teacher of Scripture and a devoted shepherd who loves seeing lives transformed by the power of the Gospel. He leads Unplugged Church as a vibrant gathering of believers who have committed their lives to three core priorities: the faithful teaching of God’s Word, genuine fellowship among God’s people, and bold evangelism of God’s message to a lost and hurting world.
Under his leadership, Unplugged Church exists to unplug from cultural noise and plug fully into the truth of Scripture, authentic community, and the Great Commission. Pastor Christian’s heart is to see every believer grounded in biblical truth, growing in Christ-centered relationships, and actively involved in reaching others with the hope of Jesus.
As an author with Illumify Media (Littleton, CO), Christian has three internationally released books focused on encouraging spiritual maturity among Christians in today's world: Testify: One Story Can Change the World, Breaking Down Walls: A Battle Worth Fighting, and The Revenant: 30 Devotionals from the Book of Acts to Breathe Life Into the Church.
A graduate of Southern Wesleyan University, Christian excelled as a Hall of Fame collegiate baseball player, which paved the way for overseas ministry playing baseball with Athletes in Action as a missionary. His natural charisma and athletic background have opened doors to diverse international ministry opportunities, including serving as a NASCAR Chaplain and pastoring college students at universities across the country.
Christian is a proud father of three sons: Malachi, currently serving in the Army; Isaiah, just graduated from Liberty University; and Jeremiah, a Corporal in the Marine Corps. He has been happily married to his wife, Amy, for 38 years and resides in Bluffton, SC.
